Research Facilities
Research has been a key part of any educational institution that thrives to provide education in excellence at an international level. Any higher education beyond school level is incomplete without adequate incorporation of research activities. GCCN has become a research hub for both local and international researchers. Many foreign researchers have come to GCCN for doing their research work.
The students of GCCN have also been involved in research activities as required by their corresponding courses. Teachers with vast research experience supervise and guide students during their research work. Thus, the students get the first-hand research experience from this college.
The Research program at GCCN also focuses on exploring the impact of education on women’s empowerment, poverty and health. Data is collected from each batch of students on entry to the college; this is followed up by regular monitoring and a final interview and survey after they have left the college. The college encourages partnerships with other institutions to carry out projects that inform the overall aims of the research program. M.Sc. and PhD students from international institutions are invited to carry out their research within this overall program.
